I came back to the International Festival of Creativity, which was a must go, annual event on the agenda in my pervious career as TV producer. This time I was invited by Novartis to lead mentoring and mindfulness sessions for the top creative talent. The objective was to inspire a more conscious approach to work and to share practical ideas for easily incorporating resilience building practices into our busy days.

I was invited to talk about Work-LIfe Integration at Glovo Festival - a superb global, internal event where the focus is on interesting business projects, self-growth and culture. Objective of the people team was to support employees in understand how to manage their workload so that the workload doesn’t manage them and how to avoid Burnout.
